What this site processes

When you contact us, we process the name, email address, company, selected service, and message you provide to respond to your enquiry. Please do not send passwords, API keys, or other sensitive credentials through the form.

Domain security checks

A domain scan queries public DNS records through Google Public DNS. The submitted domain is shared with that resolver. Results are kept in your browser’s session storage and are not a complete assessment of your security. They are removed when the browser session ends or replaced by a new scan.

Transactional email

Brevo processes transactional messages on our behalf. Consultation enquiries are delivered to the Capisoft team. When you request a scan email or submit an enquiry, we use your email address to send the related message. This does not subscribe you to marketing.

Cookies, storage, and logs

This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Your browser may store resources needed to display the website. The hosting service may process technical access information, such as an IP address, for delivery and security. Short-lived in-memory rate limits help prevent abuse.

Your choices

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you have provided. You can also withdraw consent for future contact. Contact moritz@capisoft.nl with your request.
